Request to cancel order must be receive by email seven days before the scheduled delivery date for a refund. A 15% cancellation fee will be charged for orders canceled within seven days of delivery date.
Refund and Guarantee
Our flowers are always fresh and beautiful when they arrive at your door. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so if you have any issues, please let us know on the same day of delivery and we will give you a claim number. We may ask you to send back some or all of the product at our cost to process a refund or replacement. Please do not throw away any product unless we tell you to do so in writing. You will need to sign for the delivery. If there is no signature on the FedEx receipt, we cannot guarantee anything. Refunds over $250 will be given as a store credit. We cannot control carrier delays, weather delays, or other factors beyond our control. We recommend that you order the flowers to arrive 2-3 days before your event so you have enough time to prepare them and get a replacement if necessary. We provide instructions on how to care for your fresh flowers on our website and in your order. We are not liable for poor quality flowers due to your negligence, leaving the flowers in extreme temperatures, not cutting and re-cutting the stems, and not changing the water every 2-3 days to keep the product fresh.
Cancellations
Notice to cancel an order must be received by email referencing your order number seven days before the scheduled delivery date to receive a refund of the amount paid, minus a 3% nonrefundable payment processing fee. A 15% nonrefundable fee of the payment amount will apply to all orders canceled within seven days of the scheduled delivery date.
Substitution
If a substitution is necessary, we will contact you to offer you options of equal or higher value. You may request a refund if you don’t agree to a substitution. Unlike other online vendors, we will not send out flowers you didn’t order hoping you will like them. All efforts to contact you and work with you will be made by us.Â
Pricing & Typographical Errors
If a product is listed at an incorrect price or quantity amount due to either a display error or typographical error, or an error in pricing information received from our suppliers, or an item that was priced incorrectly, Royalty Roses has the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Royalty Roses will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of your original charge. The flower prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.
Monitor Settings
Monitor setting may cause the flowers to look lighter or darker depending on each buyer’s video display. Buyers should allow and be aware of slight variations in the color shade.Â
Limitation of Liability
Flowers are not to be used for consumption. Fresh flowers contain pollen and may induce allergies to some people. Some flowers have been painted and may stain fabrics and clothing, such as wedding dresses. Rose petals may pose a  slip and fall hazard when decorating smooth floors, use caution and decorate at your own risk. Roses have thorns and may prick fingers or tear fabrics. Keep roses, flowers and arrangements out of reach of children. The buyer agrees that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to us arising from any product sold on our store will be the price of the product ordered. In no event will our company, directors, officers, or employees be held liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to product sold. Applicable Law Buyer agrees that any disputes with Royalty Roses will be governed by the store policy and the laws of the State of Florida.
Right to Refuse Service
Royalty Roses reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
