Our flowers are always fresh and beautiful. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you have any issues, please contact us on the same day you receive the flowers and we will give you a claim number. To process a refund or replacement, we may ask you to send the flowers back to us at no cost to you. Please do not delay in contacting us and getting a claim number, otherwise we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement. Flowers are delicate and need proper care. Please make sure someone is there to accept and sign for the delivery. If there is no signature on the FedEx delivery receipt, we cannot offer any guarantee.
