Shipping Information
FedEx shipping to the lower 48 States is Free and $55 per box to Alaska or Hawaii. We only ship within the United States.
Fresh flowers are shipped by FedEx Express. We suggest you schedule the delivery of your flowers 2-3 days before your event. Delivery days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Deliveries are not available on Saturday, Sundays or Monday. Deliveries to a business address should arrive by 10:30 AM and residential deliveries by 5:00 PM. On most residential deliveries, your flowers should arrive by 11: 00 AM. Residential and rural customers; please contact FedEx at 1-800 GO FedEx regarding the expected delivery time for your shipping zip code.
Deliveries are not available on holidays or the day after a holiday. Example: Deliveries not available on July 4th or July 5th, December 25th or December 26th, January 1st or January 2nd. This applies to all major and federal holidays.
No next-day delivery.
The day before your fresh flower order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email to assist you in tracking your shipment at FedEx.com. To ensure our fresh flower quality guarantee, you or someone must sign for the shipment upon delivery. Please ensure you or someone is available to receive the shipment. No signature on the delivery receipt voids any flowers quality guarantee as we are not responsible for perishable flowers left outside your door. In the event you miss your delivery, call FedEx with your tracking number to reschedule the delivery. Royalty Roses is not responsible for any carrier delays due to weather or any other reason, including the buyer entering an incorrect or incomplete delivery address. FedEx has a fee of $20 for updating the shipping address or redirecting the shipment to a different address. Should an address correction be needed after shipment is in the carrier’s hands, the $20 fee will be billed to the buyer. To avoid this, please ensure you input your order information correctly and review it before submitting it. Please ensure to include a good contact number with your order in case FedEx must contact you.
