    Who can order from Royalty Roses?
    Our online shop is open to everyone; you don’t need a business license to buy from us for beautiful fresh flowers delivered right to your door.

    How do I select a delivery date?
    When selecting your fresh flower delivery date, we suggest selecting a delivery a minimum of two days before your event. The 48-hour window will allow time for you to prep your flowers and allows time for the flowers to bloom and look at their best at your event. In rare cases, the FedEx delivery maybe delayed due to severe weather. Rule of thumb: when scheduling your delivery date, it is always better to receive your delivery one day early, instead of one day late. 

    The requested delivery date must fall on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. Due to the nature of the product, deliveries are note available on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays or Mondays. We offer FedEx shipping in the United States. For orders to the Caribbean, we are able to deliver your flower order to your logistic company or Airline of choice in Miami, Florida.

    Preserved Rose items are shipped by FedEx ground service. Allow 5-7 business days for delivery.

    What payments do you accept?
    Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, American Express or PayPal. No COD orders.

    How much is shipping?
    Shipping to the lower 48 States is Free and $55 per box to Alaska or Hawaii.

    Fresh Flowers are shipped by FedEx; delivery time approximately 10:30 a.m. to  business addresses. Please allow extra delivery time for residential and rural addresses. A tracking number will be emailed the day of shipping. For Saturday events, we suggest a Thursday delivery. Deliveries are not available on Saturday, Sunday or Mondays. Rural areas; please confirm FedEx offers services to your zip code by calling 1-800 GO FED-EX.

    *Deliveries are not available on major holidays or the day after, example; July 4th and 5th, December 25th and 26th, January 1st and 2nd.

    Note: Preserved roses, dried flowers, or any non-perishable items are shipped by FedEx ground. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.

    What is our guarantee?
    We guarantee beautiful fresh flowers. If you’re not 100% satisfied, please notify us on the day of delivery for a claim number. We reserve the right to request all or some of the flowers be shipped back at our expense in order to process a refund or replacement. No refunds or replacements will be made without timely notification and an assigned claim number. Flowers are perishable and should not be left outside your door. Please ensure someone will be available to receive and sign for the delivery. No signature on the FedEx delivery receipt will void any guarantee.

    What is our cancellation policy?
    Request to cancel orders must be received seven days before the delivery date for a full refund. A 15% cancellation fee will be charged for orders canceled within seven days of delivery date.
